Helloooooooo! It’s been a while! How is everyone??

Bosun, Hurley, and I have been hanging out in Georgetown since our last post. It’s been a mostly quiet few weeks getting some work done but we had some fun along the way.

It’s been WINDY almost every day and night since I last posted. We had two nights back to back of big big breeze 40+ knots. The first night several boats dragged on to the shallows, it took a group of cruisers to get them free at high tide the next afternoon, but everyone seemed to come out unscathed.

I’m still with our buddy boats Explore With Perseverance and Sailing Sommer Wind which has been AWESOME. Love having some fellow young cruisers to hang out with. We had several days of volleyball and socializing at Chat n Chill as well.

I’ve got some friends landing at Staniel on Saturday so I’m headed north tomorrow. Sommer is headed south to the VI starting tomorrow, fingers crossed we worked all the bugs out of their autopilot for the journey!

It’s been a nice two weeks here just getting work done and getting ready for the summer rally season! Can’t believe we are less than two months away from Lap The Lake Rally 2023!

After my friends leave on April 7 we are turning and burning north to get back to Florida so we can get ready to come home to Chicago!
